The project reduces the volumetric impact of a block of flats as a Villa Condominiale, comparable in scale to surrounding buildings. It focuses on a central cloister-like void, which includes two courtyards similar to the scale of a traditional farmyard. Longitudinal and transversal axes mark the constructional order, as a vertical and horizontal structural members help connect to the views and the light. A central wall gives hierarchical order to the plan, at the end of the eye corridor there are bright, airy loggias with scenic views. The windows of the apartments are placed along the north-south axis, allowing cross ventilation and views in both directions.
